As part of terms for use of IntaSend Solution, need to provide personal identification documents for our compliance check. The documents and information required have been listed below in this guide:
The following documents are mandatory to get verified by IntaSend:
Recent Passport Sized Photo
National ID (scanned front and back side separately)
KRA Tax Certificate
Step 1: Click on the profile button.
Step 2: To start the compliance process and document submission, click on the update documents button.
Step 3: Click on choose file to upload your most recent passport-sized photo.
Step 4: Click on the choose file to upload the front side of your National Identity Card (ID).
Step 5: Click on the choose file to upload the backside of your National Identity Card (ID).
Step 6: Click on the choose file to upload your personal tax certificate.
Step 7: Type in your physical address of where you reside or live.
Step 8: Click on the Update button to submit your documents.
IntaSend team will review the submitted documents and approve if it’s in compliance with our terms.
