In the course of payment collection, you might need to refund some customers due to a number of factors. This is the process of processing refunds from the dashboard.

  1. Click on the Collections tab.

  2. Click on the Transactions tab under the Collections

  3. Search for the transaction from the client you wish to refund

    You can use the filter tab to find the specific transaction you are looking for. The filter provides a couple of ways including using email to find the specific transaction, you are looking for.

  4. Click on the specific transaction you wish to refund

  5. Click on the refund tab

  6. Process the refund

    You can either refund the full or partial amount. Please state the reason for the refund and then submit it.

  7. Tracking the refund status

    To track the refund status, click the Refund tab under the Collections and check whether it has been processed by IntaSend. Once the refund has been processed by IntaSend, you will be notified via email.
