What is IntaSend Discovery Call (Live screening)?

IntaSend team may request to have call with you before your account has been approved. The live screening process helps IntaSend to better understand your business so as to provide a customized experience while meeting our partners obligation for through know your customer (KYC) process.

Once IntaSend compliance team verifies your documents (both personal and business), you will contacted via email to book a session for the live screening process.

These are the requirements for the live screening process:

  • It is highly recommended to join the meeting using your laptop or computer desktop since screenshare is a must.

  • You also require stable internet for about 10 minutes
